Your responsibility

You have direct management and control of the work you want to have done by your exclusive VA/Staffer from VA-Power4Profit, and how the work must be done. It’s not different to how you deal with other “in office” local staffers at your own office.

Also, your exclusive VA/Staffer from our company will communicate directly with all other Staff within your company or external on all working task matters just as your normal “in office” staffers will do. He/she is part of your team, he/she is only located at abroad.

Although separated from you by thousands of miles, your exclusive VA-Power4Profit - VA/Staffer is member of your team, see her/him as such and treat her/him accordingly.

Your Staffer is responsible for completing the work that you have provided and of becoming a value adding member of your total team.
