Based on the information given by you in the intake we search for the best match for you and shortlist the best candidates.



You interview the shortlisted candidates

You will be able to select the best candidate out of the shortlisted ones by interviewing them through Skype/MS Teams or Zoom at a time that suites you. The candidate you choose will be working exclusively for you through our company.

Sign the no-worry contract and get started

After you have chosen your preferred candidate, we will draft a contract to be signed by yourself and us. Note that we have the vision that contracts should be flexible in order to adapt them to the business you are in and to the service of our staffers and us necessary for your business. We want to be at your service but not to be a burden.

Within the first two months you can give us a two week notice in case you want to terminate the contract. After this period a one-month notice period is required. Of course, you can always get in touch with us to adapt the contract to your changing requirements. We will be happy to see what we can do for you in that case.

A couple of times a year we will contact you to evaluate your satisfaction with your Virtual Assistant/Staffer from our company and see whether we might need to search for another VA/Staffer to match your changing vision on the role and work of the Staffer.



Get your VA-Power4Result Staffer settled

As with any new employee you will have to show your Staffer how you work in your business, and what and how you want them to work. Last but not least is of course how you and your selected Virtual Assistant/Staffer will communicate.

Of course, we will be working close with you during this set-up phase to ensure things start smooth and easy.
