Are PPP Staffers as efficient as my “in office” Staff?

 

You will experience that a PPP staffer is far more effective as an employee in your office. It’s because your PPP staffer doesn’t have all the distraction your “in office” staff has. No interruptions, no office gossiping and unproductive chatting with colleagues, no random matters like deliveries, customers dropping in, copiers needing attention and so on. Mostly PPP staffers work more efficient too as soon they are familiar with your processes.

However, whenever you wouldn’t be satisfied with your PPP staffer, we will search for a satisfying solution for you. Replacement for somebody more of your liking is always an option.

 

Who will be my contact at Pover Paid Professionals?

 

You will have your own account manager. This is the one you call with any question or issue. The account manager is the one getting familiar with your business and needs and is, because of this, able to help you to get the best out of your involvement with our company.

Of course, we have a back-up account manager available whenever your usual account manager is absent or not able to respond for any reason.

 

Will the quality of work be as good as from a local hired staffer?

 

Once a staffer is used to the way of working in your business it’s our experience that the work is as good as o even better than local hired staff. And that for less than half the price of local hired Staff!!!

 

Of course, you increase the success of using PPP Staff by the choice of which tasks you let your PPP Staffer do. Some tasks are more dedicated to be handled remotely.

 

Is it possible to give my PPP Staffer an email address within our office email domain?

 

No problem!! You can provide an email address within your office email domain. It will be bounced to your PPP Staffers email address. Any email the PPP Staffer sends for his/her job will be having the email address and extension you have provided. Nobody will notice your staffer to be located at the other end of the globe.

 

What if the internet connection goes down?

 

Well….this happens anywhere from time to time. However, from our side we ensure that our staffers have a strong internet access. In case either your internet connection or the connection at the PPP Staffer goes down it might be handy if there is a set of instructions available so your staffer can work on “offline” or knows what to do in such occasion.

Generally speaking, even in SE Asia blackouts are rare and are short enough as not to cause a problem for our staffer working for you. If for some reason the lack of internet connection might last longer, we will have to discuss a work around to achieve a solution for it.

 

How can I show my gratitude towards the Staffer for the work he/she has done?

 

Compliments, bonuses, gifts are in no way expected, however highly appreciated by and can be very motivating for the Staffer.

In case of compliments of direct recognition, you can of course do that directly to the Staffer. In such case we would appreciate to know it as well since we have also in house awards and rewards, we can nominate your Staffer for in recognition of their work.

We would ask you not to send gifts for your Staffer by post to show your gratitude. If you consider a small bonus or gift as a thank you, we can help you with that. Just let us know and we will give you instructions for depositing funds. We will transfer the full amount together with the monthly payment made to your Staffer. It avoids paying the international transfer fees so your staffer gets the full bonus amount.

 

Where does my Staffer comes from?

 

Most of our staff is originated from the Philippines. English is the second native language in the Philippines. Other three benefits concerning staffers from the Philippines is that the education standards are very high, and there are plenty academically skilled people available. Last but not least is that the culture in the Philippines is most similar with Western countries which eases the PPP Staffer fitting into your business and work culture.

 

What if my PPP Staffer gets ill?

 

We all get ill sometimes. In case your staffer gets ill, he/she will inform you and us about it. Like you are used to at your office as well. Different from your local situation over here sick leave is not paid. It won’t cost you money. We will monitor the sick leave of your staffer and inform you about the progress. When the sick leave becomes more than three days, we will request a medical certificate to be provided. In case it will take too long we will discuss with you how to solve the situation.

 

How about days off and holidays of my Staffer?

 

Your staffer will take their holiday leave on the public holiday leaves as common in your country (your office is closed on those days also) and on some few local public holidays in the country of your staffer. All those days to be taken as holidays will be identified in the contract with you. Those holiday leaves, as well as the number of regular vacation days (to be mentioned in the contract) are paid leaves.

Besides the above-mentioned days, mentioned in the contract, we work according a no work-no charge basis. It means that if for any reason (including sick leave or other reason) your PPP Staffer doesn’t complete the agreed working hours on a day, you will be refunded for the time not completed by the end of the month as a direct deposit back into your bank account.

 

How many hours a week will my Staffer work for me?

 

Your PPP Staffer works 40 hours a week for you. Monday till Friday. Unless agreed otherwise they will work along your opening hours 08.00 AM till 05.00 PM your time with an hour lunch break in between. When you would prefer other days or times, let us know in advance so we can take that in account in our selection and recruitment process. Sunday is however never an option since it is a regular day off.

 

What to do when having a dispute with my Staffer?

 

We prefer to handle this for you or with you. Please let us know and what solution you would like to see. In general, the sooner we hear about it the faster, and easier, and more effectively it’s dealt with.

 

Can I have my Staffer get a formal training?

 

In case you can offer the training by correspondence, online or with some other delivery method of course we are happy if you can have your staffer the specific training you deem relevant.
