Costs

One of the benefits of us being located in the UAE is that outsourcing and offshoring with us is subject to a very low VAT rate (currently 5%).

The rates we use are monthly all-inclusive rates; they differ based on required skills, experience and the qualification of the PPP Staffer. But be assured, they are highly competitive! Please contact us to discuss your requirements and we will be able to give you a rate range, so you can calculate your immediate cost reductions by outsourcing through us.

You pay monthly in advance; all non-worked hours (leave outside (national) holidays and the 4 weeks payed annual holiday leave), sick leave, etc.) are refunded at the end of the month to the nominated bank account given by you.

We use a one-time recruitment/set up fee prior to the start of the contract (through a pre-contract agreement to cover all recruitment and set up costs like advertisements, interviews, working contract related costs, etc. When you are not satisfied with your selected PPP Staff member during the first 2 months, replacement is for free.
